WOW – What an amazing start to 2025! It has been such a busy month, with some really exciting shoots.

The month started with Nadine & Opal, for a frosty photo shoot on the 3rd January. This was like something from a fairytale.

Soon the snow followed, as the early January cold snap took hold – a swish equestrian shoot with my boy having a great time in the field.

Next up was this gorgeous engagement shoot with Meg and Jack. Images ready for their winter wedding invitations.

Although the snow melted quickly at lower ground, the cold spell continued with the most beautiful frosty mornings.

With temperatures not rising above 0 all day, the opportunity to do multiple frost shoots in a day was wonderful!

On the night of the 8th January, the temperature dropped to -7, with patches of freezing fog. Although unbelievably cold, this meant the most stunning hoar frost, where a thick frozen coating settled not only on the grass, but on all branches and hedgerows.

This truly was one very special shoot & there are more images to be revealed soon (those who saw the story I shared on the day will know that the wonderful lady who had this shoot also wanted to include her wedding dress) .

Palominos are beautiful in the frost too! Zara with her gorgeous dressage mare Aurora.

And as the frosts just kept coming, a wonderful commercial shoot for Toggi.

An adventure up into the welsh mountains to catch the last of the snow in this shoot for Nouvelle Habit.

The cold snap finally came to an end, but the fine weather continued! This was a lovely winter photo shoot with Melissa and her two beautiful mares.

A road trip to Dorset to meet Chloe & Marley. A wonderful shoot for Toggi & Champion.

Another great shoot for Nouvelle Habit, but this time to show off how amazingly waterproof these walking skirts are!

And the last shoot of the month was this morning! I can’t share much just yet, as it is part of an exciting new project, but I can’t wait for you to all see what we got up to!

It certainly has been a busy month! Bring on February!
