I have been dreaming of doing this shoot with my 5yo horse for the past three years, but unfortunately both last year and the year before, due to medical issues, he wasn’t able to travel. This year however it happened & he absolutely loved the experience (he’s an adventurous chap, so he loved the woodland walk to get to the location too) and now I have more images of my gorgeous boy to cherish.
I absolutely believe in what I preach, about the importance of imagery! Each year, I plan around 3 photo shoots with each of my horses in different locations. It’s become a wonderful way to document our journey.
This location offers so many amazing locations, which meant I was able to get woodland style liberty images too.
Next week, I am hoping for some more summery weather, so that I can take Star and Pickle for photos here too.
